REFUND POLICY – CONSUMER ORDERS
We are happy to issue a full refund within 90 days of purchase if you are not completely satisfied, or product exchange within 180 days (or 6 months) of purchase.

If your product was purchased through a Theramu distributor or retailer, you will need to go back through your original purchase location for any return or exchange.
REFUND POLICY – WHOLESALE ORDERS
We do not offer refunds for orders purchased at wholesale pricing, but we do offer replacements for customer-returned products.
